Return & Refund Policy

      At Alizye, every product is custom-printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our sizing guides carefully before ordering.

  When We Will Replace or Refund Your Order

   We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • Significantly different from what was shown in the product listing

  • The wrong item (incorrect product or design)

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at alizyedesign1@gmail.com with your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

     Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

  You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested. Once we review your claim and photos, we will ship a replacement or process a refund promptly.

   Non-Returnable Items

   The following are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind after the order is placed

  • Items where the customer-supplied design or customization contained errors

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion (unless defective)

    Cancellations

   Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet entered production. To request a cancellation, email alizyedesign1@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

   Refund Processing

  Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

    We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
